Return/Refund Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to availability and our exchange policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, shoes must be unused and unworn and returned in their original condition with all applicable packaging.

Exchange Request

Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving their order to request a size exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are available for size-related issues only.
• All exchanges are subject to size availability.
• Shoes must be unused and unworn.
• Shoes must be returned in the required condition with their applicable packaging.
• We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the shoes do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Our policy is focused on size exchanges, subject to availability and the conditions stated above. Refunds are not offered under this policy.
