2. Are the shoes brand-new?
Yes, all our footwear is brand-new and unworn. Products are supplied with the original packaging and accessories applicable to the individual model.
3. How do I choose the right size?
We provide a size guide with each product to help you make the right choice. Since sizing can vary slightly between models, we recommend checking the specific size guide before placing your order.

4. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times and charges are calculated according to your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive the relevant tracking information so you can follow its progress.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
We currently operate on an advance-payment model and do not offer Cash on Delivery.

7. Can I exchange my shoes if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes. We offer size exchanges subject to availability and our exchange policy. Shoes must be unused, unworn and returned in the required condition with their applicable packaging.
