We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. STRYDE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

We offer size exchanges subject to availability and our exchange policy. Shoes must be unused, unworn and returned in the required condition with their applicable packaging.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
